- In the year 1996, Mr. Bharat Bakhda had a vision to protect the mother nature by reducing the man-made adverse effects of heat generated by the cooling systems that are prominently used in industrial, commercial and residential premises.
- To put this idea in effect, he developed some instruments for air conditioners, cooling towers, chilling plants, etc. These instruments worked on the Principle of Optimum Stop. Time, Power and Temperature Management was the only solution to Principle of Optimum Stop.
- The instruments which were developed are as under:

- 2. ENERGY SAVER FOR COOLING TOWER
- 3. DEL-STAR CONVERTER FOR UNDERLOADED AC MOTOR
- These instruments have proved its significance in their respective fields.

- In 2001, he started a company CONSERVATION ENGINEERS PVT. LTD. which rendered services in the field of Energy Conservation to Private Sector Units and Public Sector Units. The job of the company was to reduce the electricity bills of industrial sector. It has proved to reduce an average of 20% in electricity bills.

- A new company, POWER CORPORATION was commenced in 2007 by Rudresh Bakhda to aim at manufacturing energy saving instruments, LED lights and electrical control panels. The company also imports and supplies some specific digital portable instruments, process control and automation instruments and energy monitoring instruments.

- The company has also exported some of its products to USA, Africa and Middle East. It thrives to serve its customers with satisfaction.
